Правописание суффиксов существительных “EER”, “-IER” и “-YER” легко запомнить, надо лишь впереди хорошо известного суффикса “-ER”, который тоже образует существительные, поставить “тонкие” гласные: “E”, “I” и “Y”, то есть, мы имеем:
Все три суффикса родом с французского языка, а во французский язык они пришли с латыни. В самом деле от этих существительных та и “веет” Францией, ведь в русском языке они тоже присутствуют. Например, такие слова, как: кутюрье, шансонье, крупье, сомелье, мушкетер, гренадер, инженер, волонтер, пионер, рантье в английском языке имеют похожее звучание и не нуждаются в переводе, а правильно их записать поможет знание вышеупомянутых суффиксов.
Существительные, которые образуют суффиксы “-EER”, “-IER” и “-YER” являются конкретными, это может быть род деятельности человека, реже какое-то приспособление. Тот же смысл имеет суффикс “-ER”. Но в чем же отличие? Суффиксы “-EER”, “-IER” и “-YER” присоединяются к существительным. Это может быть какой-то предмет, например, оружие, животное, или какая-то конкретная работа, с которыми связан человек. Суффикс “-ER” присоединяется к глаголу.

У всех слов в примерах либо ударение падает на единственный слог, либо как в слове begin на последний, после которого стоит только 1 согласная. Поэтому и происходит дублирование.
