The root letters Quran word by word, Arabic Verb, Serf and Nehw are joined together with other Arabic letters to form different words which have related different meanings.
Example: the root of a plant will control the type of plant, or the hereditary of a person hereditary the characteristics of a person, so similarly the root word will hereditary the meaning of the word.
Example: the root letters ر ح م meaning joins together to form the native word Mercy رَحِّم.
Mercy springs from the womb, meaning if we understand the mercy of a mother, then we can understand the concept of mercy that is related to this root word. The root words give the characteristic of mercy.

By the grace of Allah, I am presenting herewith ‘A Word For Word Translation of the Qur’an’ by Muhammad Mohar Ali. This work is of immense importance and everyone wanting to understand the Qur’an in a better way must possess a copy of this.
The work has been originally published in 3 volumes. This set places one or a couple of words of the ‘ayah in one line of a column and gives their meanings side by side in another column, taking care to see that the flow and intelligibility of the English meanings are not thereby lost.
I encountered great difficulty in downloading the original files.
The 3 original files were too heavy. So I took the liberty of breaking into smaller files and each volume has been made into 3 files. So (3 x 3) nine files are presented here. I feel this is convenient to download by one and all, Inshaa’Allah.
If anyone has objection in me doing so – and I did it for the sake of Allah – then I would straightaway remove the files, Inshaa’Allah.

ISBN: 9789834334567
(MAQDIS) Quran Al Kareem Word for Word Translation Colour Coded Tajweed Ara-Eng
Product Description
Al-Quran Al-Kareem Maqdis is a translation learning method of word-by-word Al-Quran with every word and sentence is colored differently, in Arabic and English.
Every word in the Quran was translated literally so that the reader could understand the meaning of every single word. It needs to be remembered that not all literal translation represents the exact meaning of the word since the Quran uses varied Arabic language style and sometimes metaphor.
Accordingly, to understand the full or intended meaning of the word or the verse, Muhsin Khan’s the Holy Quran Translation had been included in this edition. However, to comprehend more of the meaning of the Quran, reading the commentary of the Quran from trusted scholars would be necessary.
Approved by the Department of Islamic Development of Malaysia (JAKIM) and Malaysian Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN).

So Thankful
Posted by Hyatt on 24th Feb 2022
I am so so grateful that I was told about this book. After buying it, I was able to read Quran and actually understand it. I no longer felt that I was reading letters without my heart being engaged to our Creator’s verses. I recommend this to everyone who can read Arabic but struggles with understanding the actual words. May Allah SWT bless all who put effort into making and sharing this book.

Essential to Every Muslim-American
Posted by Siddrah Alhindi on 15th Feb 2022
Everyone who speaks English should have a copy of this Quran. It is a different experience entirely to understand what we recite and see it word by word. I am so happy with this Quran and I love to share it with the people I love. May we always live by and implement the Quran in our lives InshaAllah, and this copy is an essential step in doing so!

My package came fast and very protected Alhamdullilah! Throughout the shipping process I was able to track my package. This version of the Quran was a good size to have the pages are a bit thin but not bothersome.

I downloaded and printed some of the PDFs that form this volume from emuslim.com, but it is far more convenient to use the material in bound format.
The Arabic text is printed in the Majidi font (as used in the Indian subcontinent) which I find much easier to read than the bland Uthmani font. If that isn’t your cup of tea then perhaps you could contact the compilers to provide another version.
I have found the format to be clearly presented. I’ve spotted only very few typographical errors so far, so I’m impressed with this first edition. Your eyes can flick down to the line below to see the meaning of each Arabic word so overtime you’ll pick up more and more vocab in context.
The English translation in the margin is clear and relatively free of tafsir-centric interpolation. They have been honest enough to put instances of that in brackets, unlike certain other translations that I could mention. There is an enormous difference between adding words merely for syntactic coherence [e.g. That (is) the book], as opposed to outright text tampering [e.g. and wipe your heads and (wash) your feet till the ankles]. Alas, I’ve not yet seen a translation that relegates all tafsir to footnotes.
The proceeds of the book sale go towards supporting a school in India.

Most valuable item that I have EVER ordered online. Nothing else can compare to these books.

I would buy a copy of the Quran that had the original Arabic, romanji transliteration, and English equivalent as I’m just starting to learn Arabic also. Peoplle familiar with Prabupada’s translation of the Bhagavad Gita would know what I mean, less the voluminous scholarly commentaries. I couldn’t find any copy at the library that had all three parts either. Still looking. Maybe I’ll donate my copy to the library for someone more advanced than I. The English topbar and sidebars could use bigger fonts.

I have been longing for thesse volumes. I bought all of them Vol 1, 2,3. Alhamdullilah, I am pleased with the quality, print, paper and the papaer binding. It is easy to handleand read. I was more pleased when I saw that that my sale proceeds are going for a good cause. May Allah reward those who put efforts behind it. Insallah, I am going to buy more and tell my friends.I like the Arabic fonts and the way the book is organized. I will not mind to have all in one volume.

I love it. It simple and easy it is to read the translation though you need an interpreter to understand the actual verse. this is just the Translation.

I saw someone with this set at a gathering and I was pleased to find it on Amazon.com as it wasn’t available in most of my local Islamic bookshops. I am not a native Arabic speaker/reader so this version of the Qur’an is just fantastic! It makes reading so much easier as you’re able to understand each word and put everything into perspective. Highly recommended for both Muslims and non-muslims trying to better understand the Qur’an.

Mashallah such a great word for word translation of the Holy Quran. May Allah SWT reward you abundantly. Im now reading the quean more often and really understanding what I am reading.
Would love to see this in a picket version as the 3 parts are a bit too much to carry around. That said, this word for word translation is fantastic.
