    In my office, I see a bad guy he always prides himself but he does not have any good qualities, furthermore, he played bad politics to get support of his superiors. Hence he become very influential in office, as consequence, everyone else in the office got irritated by him. But nowadays that guy is very silent which looks to me that he lost the power in office.
