Word fit puzzle is a fun word puzzling game. You need to fill an empty crossword puzzle with the given words. It is sometimes called Criss Cross. You can compare it with a jigsaw puzzle, but instead of placing puzzle pieces, you have to fill words in the grid.
Making word fit puzzles by hand takes forever. But with the online puzzle maker, you create your word fit puzzles in just a minute. Type the words in the puzzle maker and let the webpage generate the word fit puzzle for you. Then you can download the pdf file, which you can print for your students. Or select one of the saved games. After loading a puzzle from the list, you are still able to add or change words from the puzzle.
When you create your puzzle, I will save your puzzle. If the puzzle is suitable for other users, I will add your word fit puzzle to the game list.

How to create fill in the gap worksheets?
This worksheet creator is designed to help you create printable English fill in the gap worksheets for students to write the correct answer. These can be used to assess vocabulary and sentence structure. They can also be used to assess a student’s understanding. What’s really great about these worksheets is that they can be adapted to be used at a variety of learner levels.
Enter your text and then click on the words that you want to be filled in by your students. The words you select will appear at the end of the sentence. To make things a bit more difficult, you can choose whether you’d like the answers to be scrambled so that students have to both unscramble the answers and then find the correct place to fill the gap.
You can choose the English font and size of the text as well as the title for the worksheet. The English learning worksheet you create will be ready for you to print When printing, you may select how many worksheets you would like to have without answers and how many with answers. The worksheets with answers will show the gap filled with the correct word and have it underlined.
