Apple Word Search Printable for Kids Post Preview: This easy word search printable is a perfect fall activity for elementary-aged kids. It features eight words about apples plus a picture of apples in a basket to color.
This fall, I’ll be adding some easy fall-themed word search printables to the site that have some specific themes. While I’ve had the longer, more difficult Fall-themed Word Search Printable on the site for several years, I added in a brand new Easy Fall Word Search Printable Set recently.
Now, for a little more variety, I’ll be putting up some even easier autumn word searches that have very specific themes and pictures that can be colored afterward.

If you’re a regular visitor here at Real Life at Home, you probably already know that there are tons of free word search printables here. However, as I mentioned earlier, the Apples Word Search is part of a small series for fall-related word searches I’ll be posting throughout this autumn. They’re all small, easy word search puzzles where the word search portion is found within whatever shape they are about.
In the apple-themed word find printable, the puzzle area is found within a bushel basket full of apples. This way, kids can find all of the words in the puzzle and then color in the rest of the basket and the apples at the top of the basket.

Words Included in the Easy Apple Word Search Printable
This is a small word search puzzle and all the words are found within the bushel basket graphic. There are eight words to find that are related to apples.

You can print on white paper and kids can color in the basket and apples after completing the word search. Or, you can print this on some of these red, green, and yellow papers instead.

These apple CVC Words with pictures are SO cute and can be used by children ages 5 and up. This set is the latest activity set in our CVC Words activities.
As long as a child knows their letter sounds, they can use these CVC word games in the Fun With Mama shop.
I have created 2 types, one with just the CVC image and the other includes CVC words with pictures. The one with the text can be used by younger children, like those who don’t know all their sounds yet, but know their lowercase letters.
CVC words are often taught in Kindergarten and first grade. Children at this age group love cvc word games and working with hands on material. You can find our CVC Words List here.
Some children are auditory learners, while others are visual learners. I find that the more you can link teaching activities to a child’s five senses the more children seem to retain these type of activities.
Enhance the activity suggestion: Light some cinnamon/apple candles or make fall play dough so that the classroom has an Apple smell.
Below are the apple cards without the text below the image. Children may need some guidance as to what the word actually is.
Below, you can find the CVC words with pictures. This set is appropriate for younger children since they are not only working on word building, but also visual recognition of letters.
Another suggestion here is that you can cover the correct word, have the child build it and then he/she can then double check the word.
The apples can also be used for a matching activity.
Use the apple with just the image and match it with the apple with CVC Words with images.
When building you can also use the apple with just the image and then the child can double check their spelling using the apple with text. They are pretty versatile and fun.
Apple activity ideas:
- Print out a big tree and stick your weekly CVC word family words to the tree once you are done building it.
- Make an apple scented fall cooked play dough recipe.
- Make an apple sensory bin.
- Fish for apples in a water tub.
- Place the CVC apples around the room and have children hop around. Whenever they step on an apple they have to say the name of the word, the spelling, or what sound the word starts with.
- Have the children sort the apples according to the word families.
- Use the CVC play dough mats or the free CVC Short A Playdough Mats.

И все же решить проблему довольно легко, достаточно воспользоваться инструкцией ниже.
Как вставить логотип Apple в текст на iPhone и iPad
1. Переходим на любой сайт, где использован символ логотипа (например на эту страницу) или отправляем письма с Mac на свою почту;
2. Двойным тапом и регулирующими ширину захвата указателями выделяем логотип и копируем его в в буфер обмена;
3. Переходим в меню Настройки –> Основные –> Клавиатура и выбираем раздел “Клавиатурные сокращения”. Здесь жмем “+” в верхнем правом углу экрана;
4. Создаем новое клавиатурное сокращение. Дважды тапаем в поле “Фраза” и жмем “Вставить”, чтобы скопировать логотип из буфера, а в поле “Сокращение” указываем комбинацию букв, которая должна быть впоследствии заменена на надкушенное яблоко ;
5. Переходим в любое приложение с текстовым вводом, например iMessage и набираем заданное сокращение – задача выполнена.

Think of an Apple In Your Head or the Apple Visualization Exercise is a mental visualization exercise that can reveal if someone has aphantasia, defined as the inability to create mental images. The exercise asks participants to picture an apple in their head and share what they see. It went viral on Twitter in 2020 and again in early 2023, inspiring reactions and memes about visualizing apples.
Origin
On May 4th, 2016, The Neurocritic Blogspot[1] blog published an article about aphantasia, the inability to visualize things in your head, writing, «When you hear the word ‘apple,’ do you picture a Red Delicious apple or a green Granny Smith? Or neither, because you can’t conjure up a visual image of an apple (or of anything else, for that matter)?» On August 13th, 2019, a Redditor posted a visualization exercise to /r/Aphantasia[2] asking users to imagine a ball on a table and describe what they see, garnering over 3,100 upvotes in four years.
On February 6th, 2020, Twitter[3] user @softvoid posted a drawing of five different heads, four with apples inside of them at various stages of clarity, the first apple is completely clear, the fourth a basic outline of an apple and the fifth head completely empty. The user writes, «This is still blowing my mind lol Close your eyes and imagine an apple. What do you see? I’m a 5,» garnering over 55,100 likes and 9,600 retweets in three years and inspired viral discussions about aphantasia and the «apple test,» including inspiring articles by Junkee[4] and MindBodyGreen.[5]

On February 3rd, 2023, Twitter[6] user @stinkykatie posted the same apple visualization chart, writing, «if you close your eyes and try to picture a red apple, which one do you see? I see number 1 in full color, as vivid and detailed as a 4k video,» garnering over 18,400 likes and 14,000 quote-tweets in a week. The tweet inspired genuine replies as well as memes. For example, on that day, Twitter[7] user @Jason00688106 commented a mannequin pointing meme under the post, garnering over 36,000 likes in a week (shown below).
Later that day, Twitter[8] user @_glocks quote-tweeted a meme to the post, garnering over 23,000 likes in a week (shown below).

Что-то такое где-то уже было? Было, не стану отрицать. Но к “былому” мы вернемся чуть позже. Функция распознавания текста от Apple различает не только буквы: она уверенно распознает животных, памятники архитектуры и другие объекты окружающего мира. Но тексты на известных этой функции языках – главная её компетенция. С тем что функция распознавания текста от Apple признала текстом можно делать все что можно делать с обычным неизменяемым текстом, и кое-что еще. Копировать, переводить или применить по назначению. Например, если текст телефонный номер на него можно позвонить. Все что можно сделать с распознанным текстом будет предложено пользователю и доступно в одно касание.
Live Text — очень крутая функция. Жаль, на русском не работает
Слишком хорошо, чтобы быть правдой? Правда, как всегда – капля дёгтя в бочке с мёдом. В нашем случае это не капля а капли. Функция распознавания текста от Apple владеет только семью языками, и русского среди них пока нет. Поддерживаются английский, китайский, французский, итальянский, немецкий, португальский и испанский. И не на всех устройствах Apple после установки на них iOS или iPadOS 15, а в недалеком будущем и macOS Monterey, функция распознавания текста сможет работать.
Режим Фокусирование в iOS 15: зачем он нужен
Список совместимых с ней устройств приведен ниже. Судя по отзывам возмущенных пользователей, у которых “iOS 15 не работает вообще, в частности – не работает функция распознавания текста”, есть смысл поделиться “лайфхаком”: чтобы функция работала она должна быть включена. В разделе “Камера”, в Настройках. Она включена по умолчанию, но у многих жалобщиков эта функция не работала именно из-за того что кто-то (уж не Тим ли Кук?) её выключил.
iPhone с функцией распознавания текста
Live Text работает только на новых iPhone
Функция работает на устройствах с чипом Apple A12 Bionic или более новым, и на устройствах с M1:
- На iPhone XS/XS Max/XR (они вышли в 2018 году) и новее;
- На iPad Pro 2020 года и новее;
- На iPad mini 2019 года (5-го поколения) и новее;
- На iPad Air 2019 года (3-го поколения) и новее;
- На iPad 2020 года (8-го поколения);
- На всех Mac’ах и iPad Pro с M1 или более новым чипом внутри.
Что нового в приложении Погода в iOS 15
А с чего это вдруг такие ограничения? Функции распознавания текста от Google работали задолго до появления Apple A12, еще на iPhone с операционной системой iOS 4. В 2010 это была старая распознавалка, которой до аналогичной функции от Apple было как до Луны. Но в декабре 2018 в iOS, на смену ей пришла новая, Google Lens, ничуть не хуже (если не лучше) функции распознавания Apple – и она работала на iPad и iPhone с намного более старыми чипами. Объяснение простое: распознавалка Apple всё, что необходимо для распознавания текста и других объектов делает на устройстве. Это быстрее и безопаснее. Функция работает даже при отсутствии связи.
Как скопировать текст с фото
Проще всего работать с фотографиями, которые уже есть у вас на устройстве
В приложении Камера нужно навести камеру на интересующий вас текст. Если текст признан текстом, приложение выделит его желтыми скобками, а в нижней правой части изображения с камеры появится кнопка. Для захвата текста достаточно коснуться этой кнопки. При удачном захвате на экран будет выведен набор доступных вам действий. Скопировать, перевести и тому подобное. Если текст не воспринимается функцией как текст, ничего не произойдет.
Вы можете распознать текст на фото в сообщении, которое пришло в iMessage
Не появится ни кнопка, ни желтые скобки вокруг области экрана в которой захвачен текст. Это может случиться если текст слишком неразборчив или на языке который функции распознавания текста неизвестен. Если в захваченном тексте выделить, например, телефонный номер, вам будет предложен целый набор возможных в таких случаях операций – по этому номеру можно позвонить, отправить сообщение, связаться с абонентом в FaceTime или в FaceTime Audio, добавить его в “Контакты” или просто скопировать (в буфер обмена).
Главные фишки приложения Заметки в iOS 15 и iPadOS 15
Если в приложении Камера захвачен текст, при активации поля ввода появится всплывающее меню с предложениями «Вставить» и “Текст с камеры”. Вставить текст скопированный в приложении Камера можно в любое приложение. Поддержку функции распознавания на таком уровне смогут добавить в свои приложения и сторонние разработчики. Это несложно.
Но Live Text работает и в Сафари, и в некоторых других приложениях
Функцией распознавания текста можно пользоваться и без приложения “Камера”, в приложении “Фото” и в некоторых других. Сначала нужно выбрать интересующую вас надпись. Для этого потребуется долгое нажатие в области фото в которой расположен этот текст. Если он разборчив, и его язык известен функции распознавания – он будет выбран и выделен, всплывет меню с доступными вам действиями. Всё.
