Atmosphere. Eve’s atmosphere begins at 96,708.6 m and is extremely dense: at 11,250 m, it’s as thick as Kerbin’s atmosphere at sea level (1 atm), and at Eve sea level the atmospheric pressure is 5 atm.

What is the hardest planet to land on KSP?

Eve is the second planet from Kerbol, the closest planet to Kerbin, and KSP’s analogue for the planet Venus. It has one small moon: a captured asteroid called Gilly. Because of the atmosphere it’s the hardest planet to return from after landing. There is a tutorial about getting to Eve.

What is the easiest planet to land on KSP?

Duna
Duna is often the easiest planet to achieve encounters because of a low orbital inclination.

What is the smallest planet in KSP?

Gilly
Gilly as seen from orbit.
Moon of Eve
Orbital Characteristics
Semi-major axis 31 500 000 m [Note 1]

How many planets are in Kerbal space program?

six planets
The Kerbol System consists of six planets that may be orbited by moons and/or asteroids. Each of these bodies exhibits its own characteristics like gravity, atmosphere, size, orbital inclination, and orbital period.

Mars
Why Mars is the hardest planet to land on in our solar system.

Where does Eve’s atmosphere start?

How much gravity does Duna have?

Duna
Surface gravity 2.94 m/s2 (0.3 g)
Escape velocity 1 372.41 m/s
Sidereal rotation period 65 517.859 s
3 d 0 h 11 m 57.9 s

How do you travel between planets in KSP?

To go to the inner planets (Eve, Moho), put your maneuver node about ~45 degrees past sunrise. Pull the prograde vector in your maneuver until the dotted yellow line crosses the orbit of your target planet (you might have to zoom out).

What planet is Venus in KSP?

Eve

Kerbol system Solar system
Kerbol Sun
Moho Mercury
Eve Venus
Kerbin Earth

Can you land on JOOL?

Jool has no solid surface to land on; descending spacecraft will explode when they reach the altitude of -250 m. Prior to version 0.23, it was possible to land on a solid surface, though spacecraft were inevitably and invariably devoured by the Kraken.

Is the Kerbal Space Program Planet Pack compatible with other planets?

All planets are to KSP scale, but orbits are closer to the star so everyone can get to distant worlds more easily. Kerbin and Kerbol’s names are kept as in the stock system to avoid glitches. This mod is not compatible with other planet packs, so move them over to a backup folder.

Which is the second planet from kerbol in Ksp?

Eve is the second planet from Kerbol, the closest planet to Kerbin, and KSP’s analogue for the planet Venus. It has one small moon: a captured asteroid called Gilly.

How many planets are there in the kerbol system?

The Kerbol System consists of six planets that may be orbited by moons and/or asteroids. Each of these bodies exhibits its own characteristics like gravity, atmosphere, size, orbital inclination, and orbital period. Here is the list of planets in order of their distance from Kerbol (Sun):

What are the satellites of the Kerbin space program?

Kerbin has two natural satellites which are the Mun and Minmus. The Mun is the Kerbal Space Program analog of the Moon. The Mun has similar gravity to its real life counterpart. It has no atmosphere making parachutes useless. Landing on the Mun requires some Delta V.

Well, before you read  this question try and think about all the different planets and if they would be suitable for human life. Now to answer the question. It would be possible to live on the moon but with no air, not food or water it would take a lot of effort and hard word. Other planet may have air and water (or we could take it there) but we would have to get there first.

But here are some reasons that we can’t live on any other planets. (This is unless we develop lots of new technology space things).

Mercury- We can live on Mercury because our bodies are not made for the hotness is the daytime and the coldness in the nighttime. Mercury has no air, water, oxygen or carbon, nothing. Mercury also has no atmosphere to protect our human bodies from radiation.

Venus- Venus is a even hotter than mercury and is a hot waste land. It has a very thick atmosphere due to an irreversible greenhouse affect. Venus also has no water, and has mainly carbon dioxide. Plants couldn’t live on it, because it is too hot, so we couldn’t fill the planet with oxygen. Venus is the hottest planet in the solar system.

Mars- Mars is one other possible planet that we could live on. But first we would have to warm the planet as now it is  150 degrees centigrade. That’s cold. Mars has a thin atmosphere but inducing global warming on it will warm it up by thickening the atmosphere. Mars also have very little water. Mars currently has no oxygen but is filled with carbon dioxide. So if Mars warmed up a little bit then it could support plant life to some extent, which then will produse some oxygen.

Jupiter- Jupiter is a gas giant. The only solid part is the core which is extremely hot. It has extreme weather patterns and that combined with its gravity would rip anything apart that landed on it. Jupiter is also very hot and is not suitable for the human body. This planet has the second fastest wind speeds in our solar system.

Saturn- Saturn is much the same as Jupiter with the weather patterns, is a gas giant, and the only solid part is the core (which is extremely hot). Apart from that there is no place to land on Saturn.

Uranus- We can’t colonize on Uranus because first of all it is too cold. It is so cold that most of it’ s gases are in liquid form. It has a ocean of hydrogen along with other gases. Uranus can’t sustain any life as it has no water, no oxygen, no food, nothing.

Neptune- Neptune is another planet that we can’t live on. It is the same as most planets no oxygen, no food, no water or anything else that mankind need to survive. Apart from that Neptune has the most fierce turbulent weather patterns. It has the most fierce winds in our Solar system.

Pluto- Pluto may be a planet or may not, but for now I will count it as a planet. Basically Pluto has nothing . Pluto has no water, no oxygen and no food. It may not even have a atmosphere. It is too cold for human colonization.

So to sum it up. The reason that we can’t live on most other planets is because they don’t supply the basic human needs (Water, oxygen and food.) The planets may have other reasons why we can’t live on it, maybe because of the temperature or the weather. But in the end I think all humans (no matter how much they think they want to) would rather live on Earth as it has everything a human needs.

Mongolia is a magical country. Its vast expanses of untouched landscapes, clear rivers and spectacular valleys offer travellers a world of adventures, unexpected encounters and authentic experiences.

But these adventures are often hard to find – it is notoriously difficult for travellers to navigate Mongolia.

Addresses are scarce and limited to cities and larger towns, and the complex Mongolian language makes it near impossible for tourists to guess the pronunciation of streets and place names throughout the country.

In addition, when giving directions, most locals don’t use street addresses and refer to local landmarks instead, which tourists are unfamiliar with, of course.

All of this is why expert travel guide, Lonely Planet, has added 3 word addresses to its

new Mongolia guide

.

Travellers can now easily find the entrance to Dunjingarav Market in Ulaanbaatar at ///puns.operating.slap or navigate to ///offers.recalibrate.overshoes to enter Khorgo-Terkhiin Tsagaan Nuur National Park.

‘Lonely Planet has always put the traveller at the heart of everything it does’ said Tom Hall, Lonely Planet’s Editorial Director, adding that ‘in recognition of this game-changing technology, which we believe will revolutionise the way people navigate when they’re travelling, we’ll be including the 3 word addresses for each of the listings in the newest edition of our Mongolia guide’.

Default Earth Is The Hardest Planet For A Soul To Live On

…in this galaxy anyway. So says the guest on this short but fun and interesting video (sorta short: 30 mins long)

Topics discussed include near death experiences, both positive and negative ET’s, the role earth humans play in the galactic drama, life on other planets, and so on.

Our galaxy is enormous beyond comprehension. I don’t know if I believe that earth is the most challenging. When I think about it, the odds of me being on the most challenging planet in the entire galaxy seem infinitesimally small. I doubt I would have volunteered for that to be perfectly honest. But I like to believe it’s true. And when I allow myself to do that I get a nice boost of energy in the form of pride and accomplishment.

Maybe just by coming to the earth we should all be immensely proud of ourselves.

Pride doesnt ring true. Id go with thankful.

Ive heard elsewhere that this planet is special, in that it allows the most egotistical jerks to incarnate. Not ALL the jerks, just the most dysfunctional who can incarnate. Idea being that we can see mirrors of our faults, almost no matter how bad we ourselves are. If so, should be a good school, something to be thankful for.

Edit, kind of off topic, but I just found a historical example of where people are thankful for sh*tty treatment on this planet. ~8D

In the arc a story (adventure of a lifetime) ‘immensely proud’ feels like only partly through. As great the idea is there’s still something missing.

That there is that in which being immensely proud is a limitation, a prison of sorts. That there is greater potential to set the eyes upon. Beyond kings and slaves, poetically speaking.

Interesting that most babies scream their little heads off after popping out into this world, as if to say ‘ah s**t — what have I done…get me outta here!!’ Seriously, respected channelled information (amongst other sources) states that this planet is indeed one, if not the most densest of all, and our 3rd — 4th density is ‘The School’ or ‘Boot Camp’ for the evolution of the soul/spirit, offering very rich learning opportunities. I suppose that explains it, then.

I’ve heard and read the same as it is stated here. And I also believe it is true. I also hope it is I mean let’s be honest, this Sh—hole experience must have been worth at least something in the end, doesn’t it?

E.g. in Dolores Cannon’s books (past life regression) it is often said by many regressed people that this is one of the toughest training ground.

I also remember William Buhlman (OBE expert) also repeated this very often in his books and speeches. Earth and ‘the physical’ in general is a training ground for souls and not every soul dares come here.

Robert Schwartz wrote a book ‘Courageous Souls’ describing the same idea.

Folks, let’s give ourselves well-deserved pats on our backs! It is real:

    WE ARE HARDCORE !!!

I think Earth was a mission planet, the reason some came in was because of saving the souls of many, once your in though you are or were trapped in these lower dimensions. I don’t think this planet is the only challenging planet i feel most of the other planets in this galaxy are and also caught in what i can only call a black hole system.
It’s been found now by scientists (although i don’t believe what scientists say) that there is a black hole that they have seen in Sagittarius.
There have been many conquered planets by intruder race lines so i don’t think Earth is the only challenging one.
However i also believe that Earth will become an ascension planet and is on its way to this status of nobility.

It is our perception of separateness that causes all the woes we have in this world. What we do to one, we do to ourselves. There is NO separateness, only ONE-NESS.

Who, in all reality, could know?

Question Everything, always speak truth… Make the best of today, for there may not be a tomorrow!!! But, that’s OK because tomorrow never comes, so we have nothing to worry about!!!

There is a very important question being tackled again by certain smart people of the Internet, and that question is this: What, exactly, is the worst word on the entire planet? Any time this question or one like it is broached, an opened floodgate of response is ensured, likely to include words like moist, fecund, phlegm, artisanal, or if you work at The New Yorker, slacks. We continue to believe that coöperation is öffensive, as is the corresponding word, diaeresis, which remains ever so hard to spell no matter how many times we type it.

On Thursday Sarah Miller made a strong argument on The Awl for literally as our English-speaking community’s worst word. This is not a bad word to choose as the very worst. Flagrant misuses abound, and it’s ever so annoying when people say literally when they actually mean not literally. Literally, in fact, is rarely used when it should be used, which is almost never, and almost always when it shouldn’t.

I recall vividly, if not literally, an instance in which I had to correct a very good friend who said the pavement was so hot that her bare feet were «literally being scalded.» They weren’t! We haven’t spoken since, literally, by which I mean, of course we’ve spoken, what does it even mean to speak literally? Miller offers up five reasons that literally should take the crown of worst word ever, including «People use literally because they’re always lying and they think literally makes their bullshit sound better»; «People use literally because they feel like all their stories have to be exciting» (these two reasons are literally quite similar); and well, here’s the thing about literally: It’s an unnecessary word. There is almost literally no occasion in which you need to use it, and rarely an occasion that it does anything to make what you’re saying better. It’s a waste of space, word decor that undermines the point of what’s being said.

It’s almost like I’m making the case for Miller, and I do agree with her: literally is a word that we should be very, very careful around. But actually I think there’s a word that’s worse. Actually, did you see what I did there? While literally and actually can be used interchangeably, actually has a bad attitude. Literally can be mocked and laughed at, because literally almost no one uses it correctly. Actually is more sneaky, a wolf in sheep’s clothing. Actually is the word that you use when you’re actually saying, «You are wrong, and I am right, and you are at least a little bit of an idiot.» (Actually, my name is Jen, not Jane.) The fact that it often comes out so passive aggressively makes it worse than literally, too.

Take this example, from a casual bar scenario:

Your date: «I brought you a gin and tonic.»

You, frowning, wondering to yourself why you ever agreed to be set up at all, blind dates are the worst: «Actually, I asked for a vodka soda.»

Or a workplace setting:

Your coworker: «Do you want half of my sandwich? I can’t eat it all.»

You, frowning, wondering to yourself why your coworkers are so oblivious to your everyday regular habits: «Actually, I’ve been on a no-carb diet for months now.»

Or at the doctor’s office:

You: «I have an appointment at 4 p.m. with Dr. Applebaum. For [your name here]?»

The receptionist: «Actually, I don’t see your name here.»

You, leaning over the desk at the computer, pointing: «Actually, that’s it, right there.»

The receptionist: «Actually, can you step back a bit? You’re actually invading my personal space right now.»

The doctor, emerging from a back room in a white coat, speaking to the receptionist: «Actually, Mary, I’ll take [your name here].»

You follow, stepping into a room when the doctor stops.

Doctor, frowning, wondering why everyone is such a moron: «Actually, I’d like you to get your blood work first. Can you actually follow me to one of technicians?» Looking at his watch, sighing. «Actually, you’ll have to head over there yourself. I have another patient to attend to.»

I could go on and on, but, actually, I’ll save you the trouble of telling me, actually, you get it. Actually is a word worse than literally because it is a secret criticism, an indirect jab, a correction with a barb. It is the «talk to the hand» of the adverb community. And even when it’s being used nicely, it’s unnecessary, a waste of space. «Actually, I’d rather have pizza,» can be said just as easily as «I’d rather have pizza,» so why say actually at all? If you really find yourself in a situation in which you need to say actually, how about choosing, simply, really or truly, or perhaps verily or even forsooth instead. At least then you have the benefit of sounding charmingly old-fashioned and not actually like kind of a jerk, quite literally.
