include
To involve (Latin in, in, and volvo, roll) is to roll or wind up with or in so as to combine inextricably or inseparably, or nearly so; as, the nation is involved in war; the bookkeeper’s accounts, or the writer’s sentences are involved. Involve is a stronger word than implicate, denoting more complete entanglement. As applied to persons, implicate is always used in an unfavorable sense, and involve ordinarily so; but implicate applies only to that which is wrong, while involve is more commonly used of that which is unfortunate; one is implicated in a crime, involved in embarrassments, misfortunes, or perplexities. As regards logical connection that which is included is usually expressly stated; that which is implied is not stated, but is naturally to be inferred; that which is involved is necessarily to be inferred; as, a slate roof is included in the contract; that the roof shall be water-tight is implied; the contrary supposition involves an absurdity. See COMPLEX.

Anywhere we have got large displaced populations, it is going to be impossible to segregate out their health from the health of the communities in which they are living, it is not only the right thing to do from a moral perspective to include them in the response, but it is also the smart thing to do.

Omar Jabara:
Newmont receives expressions of interest in our assets from time to time, and consistent with our goal to improve our portfolio and balance sheet, we may consider proposals to acquire our assets, to date, no discussions related to our assets in Indonesia have met all of our sales criteria, which include fully committed funding representing fair value.
-
Alan Gottlieb:
This is an abuse of power by the Massachusetts attorney general, it is no different than President Obama’s illegal anti-gun executive orders. If these firearms were legal yesterday, they are legal today, Alan Gottlieb said in an email to FoxNews.com. This ban on semi-auto firearms must be stopped before gun prohibitionists in other states try to enact similar bans by fiat, Alan Gottlieb said. The debate is the latest example of the long-running argument between Second Amendment purists and gun control advocates about whether new firearms laws make people safer. Indeed, the fact that Massachusetts has so few murders committed using assault weapons could be seen as evidence that the original ban was successful. The enforcement notice from the attorney general says a weapon is considered a copy or duplicate if its internal operating system is the same as those of a specifically-banned weapon or if the gun has key functional components that are interchangeable with those of a banned weapon. Such weapons would include copies of the Colt AR-15 and the Kalishnikov AK-47, which are both prohibited by the state’s assault weapons ban. Healey’s office claims gun makers produce and sell what they call.
