What if the subject isn’t plural? Eg: Together with my mom, I/we worked in the garden.

Together with chairs, sofas and daybeds will be available.
This is not good, because a first attempt to parse this will recognize «chairs, sofas(,) and daybeds» as a single subject consisting of a list of three items (because the comma before «and» is sometimes omitted). But then the parse will fail, because if this list is the object of «with», we find no subject for the verb «will be». The reader then has to back-track and find where the object ends and the subject starts. A good writer should never put a reader in that position.
In speech, the timing and accent placement will prevent this misunderstanding, but in writing it is better to change the order, by putting the two-item subject first and the with-phrase at the end.
Sofas and daybeds will be available along with chairs.
Along
is perhaps a little better than together here, but perhaps in addition to or as well as would be even better.
