Облако тегов или облако слов — популярный способ визуализации текста с помощью наиболее частотных в нем слов.
Столкнулась с тем, что большинство обзоров уже устарели, поэтому предлагаю свой ТОП-5 лучших бесплатных сервисов, с помощью которых можно создать облако слов онлайн. Для чистоты эксперимента тестировать будем на одном и том же тексте по журналистике.
Этот сервис умнее всего анализирует текст: он позволяет создать облако частотных слов текста, при этом приводя все слова к начальной форме. Это значит, вы не получите, например, в облаке кот, коту, кота и т.д., а посчитаются сразу все формы слова кот. Полученный набор слов можно настроить, например, убрать фамилии или цифры. Красивые цветовые палитры, минимум функций, отсутствие регистрации. Кроме русского поддерживаются другие языки. Главный минус — отсутствие более сложных форм облака.
Огромный плюс этого простого сервиса — настройка формы облака и возможность задать любой цвет. Из минусов — отсутствие нормализации текста и стоп-слов, из-за этого могут вылезать ненужности типа огромных местоимений и предлогов, а также отсутсвие возможности задать цветовую палитру, потому что в одном и том же оттенке облако смотрится скучновато.
Международный бесплатный сервис, много трафаретов и возможностей кастомизации шрифтов, цветов. Приятные палитры и стили. Из минусов — тоже не хватает приведения слов к начальной форме, далеко не все шрифты красивы для русского языка.
Обязательная регистрация и плата за базовые функции типа изменения цвета — сразу жирный минус. С другой стороны, встроенные трафареты и палитры неплохие. Возможности выбирать слова из текста я не нашла, поэтому довольно долго колдовала с разными формами, чтобы местоимения и особенно слово «это» не были такими огромными.
Старый добрый WordArt (в прошлом Тагул). Изменять можно вообще все: шрифт и размер каждого слова, формы, цвета, вообще все. Но готовьтесь к долгому и кропотливому труду в англоязычном и абсолютно не интуитивном интерфейсе. Главные плюсы: собственно обилие функций. Минусы — обязательная регистрация, если хочешь скачать результат, и на мой вкус устаревшие трафареты, как из 2000х.
Итоги: первые два сервсиса я бы однозначно рекомендовала для быстрой и симпатичной визуализации текста, например для занятий или презентации. Остальные сервисы с более сложным интерфейсом и обилием функций стоит рассмотреть, если вы создаете облако слов более основательно, например, для постера или кружки.

Word Cloud — отличная программа для оперативного и продуктивного создания так называемого облака из слов. С помощью этого приложение пользователи смогут существенно экономить время и нервы при работе даже с самыми сложными заданиями. Что достигается за счёт простейшего управления как функциями и настройками, так и вводом нужных слов. Быстро и без каких-либо проблем. Так же понравится и возможность выбора той формы в виде которой должно быть используемое пространство. Эти и другие качества не оставят равнодушным любого кто собирался получить что-то подобное, но всегда останавливался из-за чересчур высокой сложности.

What to Know

How Do I Create a Word Cloud?
To make a word cloud in PowerPoint, you need to use the Pro Word Cloud app.
You can also use the Pro Word Cloud app to make word clouds in Microsoft Word.

Download the Pro Word Cloud add-in from the Microsoft Store. Select Get it now, sign in to your Microsoft account if prompted, and provide the requested information.

Open a slide in PowerPoint and go to the Insert tab.

Choose Pro Word Cloud, then select Add.

Select Text Box in the top toolbar and enter the text you want to use for the word cloud.
To generate random text, type =RAND () in the text box and press Enter.

In the right panel, choose your presets (font, colors, etc.) and select Create Word Cloud.

Select the image to copy it to your clipboard.
If you don’t like the results, select Re-generate Word Cloud. If you want to change the presets, scroll down in the side panel, make the desired adjustments, and choose Create Word Cloud.

Click in the current slide and press Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V on Mac) to paste the copied image. Move and resize the image to your liking, then delete the text box. Select the X in the side panel to close it.
If you don’t like the default results, the Pro Word Cloud app allows you to customize your word cloud’s font, color, layout, case, and size. You can set a limit for the number of words, and you have the option to include common words (and, or, the, etc.).
If the same word appears multiple times in the text box, it will only show up once in the word cloud, but it may be larger than the other words. If you want to emphasize a specific word, make sure the word is repeated in the text.
Alternatively, use an online tool like WordClouds.com to make a word cloud you can download as an image and insert into PowerPoint. Slidemodel.com has free PowerPoint templates with pre-designed word clouds you can use.

Pro Word Cloud Generator Add-In
Word Clouds are images composed of words pertaining to a particular subject, in which the size of each word indicates its frequency and importance. They are a popular way to visualize a message and something we have integrated into many presentations.
Pro Word Cloud is a Microsoft add-in that is free and can create world clouds with your custom text directly in PowerPoint. To install go to INSERT > STORE > search WORD CLOUD > and ADD the Pro Word Cloud add-in.
Installing the add-in gives direct access to a side pane to quickly and easily convert on-slide text to stylized word clouds directly from within PowerPoint itself. The action pane provides a nice selection of styling features, including; custom font, many preset color scheme options, word case and size.
Creating a word cloud with Pro Word Cloud is not completely intuitive. First you need to add all of the words to a text box in PowerPoint. Then select all and copy, because the add-in uses the text copied to the clipboard, there is no text entry area in the app. In the Pro Word Cloud action pane, click CREATE WORD CLOUD. Now, right-click the small word cloud image and copy, then paste onto the slide.
Here is my example, with text I copied on the left and the Word Cloud the add-in created on the right.
A few observations:
- Add-in does not use the PowerPoint template color scheme for the Word Cloud
- Available color options are limited to preset color schemes, with no custom color setup
- Use the size option to create a large enough word cloud image, I generally use 900x500px as the smallest size
- The Word Cloud is an inserted flat image, so no animation by word or editing options
- I recommend adding the word list to the presenter notes or to an off-slide text box to have available for any update needs
