Статья «Making Money» from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. Русской статьи по деланью денег в Википедии нет. Ладно, посмотрим, что в англоязычной Википедии написано… «Зарабатывание денег» — это, оказывается, роман Терри Пратчетта, вторая книга из серии Плоского мира. Засада, нам роман не нужен, нам надо знать, что делать, чтобы деньги делать.
Ладно, разберёмся сами.
Работать? Это вроде как не деньги делать, а что-то другое, за что потом, в конце месяца (недели, дня, по окончании работы), человек получает какое-то вознаграждение. Обычно денежное… Но мы ж не работать хотим, а деньги делать. «Ищу зарплатодателя, работу не предлагать!» — в Интернете смешных картинок с такой или подобной надписью пруд пруди. Значит, работа — это не манимэйкинг… Точнее, не совсем.
В современном интернет-жаргоне термин «ММ» (или «ДД») чаще всего означает некие автоматические системы получения вознаграждения за какие-то однажды произведённые действия. «Настрой мою автоматическую систему получения денег и уезжай отдыхать. Денег тебе теперь хватит на всё!» Почему бы и не купить такую систему за каких-нибудь 15 $? Ну, купили, и что? Потратили 15 $. Честно говоря, я не знаю, кто бы заработал на таких «автоматических системах» хотя бы на оплату коммунальных услуг. Надеюсь, пока не знаю.
Более-менее вменяемое определение манимэйкинга я получил в вебинаре обучающей программы «Бизнес-молодость. Money Making.» Спикер, Дашкиев Михаил, дал такое определение: «Money Making — это действия, которые напрямую влияют на получение дохода, рычаг, который увеличивает ваш доход». Ключевое слово здесь рычаг, доход должен в результате таких манимейкинговых действий увеличиться существенно.
Очень хорошо показывает суть манимейкинга следующий пример. У вас в руках мокрое, полностью насыщенное водой полотенце. Прилагаем для выжимания 30% усилий и… выжимаем из него 1 литр воды. Хорошо. Что делает дальше нормальный, среднестатистический человек. Жмёт дальше. Добавим ещё 20% и 50% приложенных усилий добавил к выжатому литру… всего 100 граммов. Есть смысл выжимать дальше? Нет, далее 20% добавленных усилий даст, к примеру, 30 граммов воды. Ну, суть, я думаю, понятна.
А теперь представим, что вода — это аналог денег, а усилия — это время или другие наши ресурсы. Так вот, манимейкинг — это не тупое наращивание выжимания полотенца (это именно работа, тупое выжимание воды из уже выжатого полотенца), а либо поиск нового, насыщенного водой полотенца, или… воды, которая снова напитает полотенце. Но что же тогда должно быть полотенце? Наверное то, что называется на языке бизнесменов (маркетологов и иже с ними) «ниша».
Допустим, имеет человек некоторое количество денег с ремонта старых водопроводных кранов… Много на этом не заработаешь, хотя клиентура есть и на жизнь хватает. Почему бы, к примеру, не поговорить с хозяином (хозяйкой) о планах на будущее? Собрать кое-какую статистику, что будут ставить клиенты в будущем (душевую кабину, новый унитаз, краны заменить, а может, и ремонт сделать) и сколько готовы за это платить. И научиться этому… Или находить клиентов каким-либо ремонтным бригадам… Думаю, много времени и денег на это не понадобится, а доход вырастет существенно!
Комбинируем, расширяем горизонт, кооперируемся с другими людьми и смотрим, дают ли эти комбинации взрывной рост. Не на один, два, десять процентов, а именно рычажный или взрывной. Прикол только в том, что сразу обычно, этого не видно. Любой проект должен «дозреть» до результата. Специалисты говорят, что обычно первые результаты приходят только месяца через три. В любом случае, если ваши комбинации через полгода не приносят «взрыва», остановитесь и подумайте, что-то вы делаете не так.
И главное, не лениться! «Делай деньги, делай деньги, позабыв покой и лень!» (из мультфильма «Остров сокровищ»).
