Is handbag one word

  • #1

Hello everybody!

I’m involved in a fashion project and I would like to know if I can say «hand bag» (separated) to express a kind of handbag (like those little handbags that you carry in your hand or with a little handle).

Regarding this thread, I would like to know if it would be posible to create a new category tag for FASHION vocabulary.

THX!!!!

The narrow, handheld bag with no strap is called clutch handbag in BrE, clutch bag, or just clutch.

noun. 1British A small bag used by a woman to carry everyday personal items. ‘They are all small enough to fit in a purse or handbag, and I know that you will be thankful to have them. ‘
