What is worse is attention seeker, which is way too overused as a put down for anyone who wants normal amounts of attention which for some reason doesn’t happen as much with attention whore. Following your pattern of the other two words being gender and sexuality oriented it seems you think attention whore only applies to females, it doesn’t anymore as much.
