The Staff were very helpful when we had a problem in our room and were very quick in changing rooms for us a completely drink as a goodwill gesture would have been nice the only thing we did not like was the set up of the bathroom ok if you knew each other but not good if staying with a friend or in a new relationship. Overall Hotel lovely plenty of room to sit and have a drink and the bar stayed open till late, would of had breakfast there but too expensive, would stay again if price was right.

Having stayed at Novotel several times have noticed sinks get blocked. Asked for a room where it would not block up and that the shower does not leak into the room. However upon checking in the lady was very rude and unprofessional, seems as if she didn’t want to be there. When taking payment she automatically just takes the payment on the card without asking or making it clear that she would be taking payment. Ac does not work only blows out hot air even if you put on 5 degrees

Overall Excellent Customer service. The staff were polite and friendly, particularly Tanzid, Mathi and Tayaba. Great selection of food and food was very delicious, location is perfect with good transport links to major tourist attractions. Absolutely enjoyed my stay at Novotel London

This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. The staff were fabulous. I was travelling with my two little girls and they were always going out of their was to make our stay amazing, from the never ending flow of colouring kit to the warm welcome at all the locations in the upper deck restaurant, the reception, event the front door. You can tell the customer service is consistent and not just from a few people. Tayaba who is one of the managers her does an excellent job with her team

The ExCel conference centre (convention or exhibition) is the chosen venue for numerous small and large events throughout the year.
