Excel в приложении 3d maps возникла ошибка при попытке связаться с картографическими службами

    When trying to insert a 3D map into an EXCEL document I get the following error: «An error has occurred and 3-Maps cannot be started. Check your Internet connection, and then try again (status code:901)». The PC is behind a proxy but in the corresponding
    log files I can’t find any reference to blocked content. Can someone give me some advice or even an idea which page should be called up on the Internet to explicitly share it in the proxy?

  • I found the answer.

    Don’t know why that happens but i have a solution that fix the problem.

    We use Office365 in the German Cloud.

    When i’m logged in my account then i get the error. When i’m logged out then the 3DMap Application starts with no error or problem.

  • I have found all kinds of answers for this, but not one that works. Ever since a Windows update back in the August/November time frame, I get this error in a spreadsheet I created and up date for tracking my work trip info. Anyone know what I can do to fix
    it? This is only when I go to «Insert» then «3D map»

    3D Maps encountered an error while contacting Michrosoft Bing Mapping services. Functionality may be limited. (Status Code: 4)

  • Hi,

    Which version of Office are you using now? Does this issue occur with Bing Maps app when you click Insert > Bing Maps app in Add-ins?

    Creating new maps, or appending data to existing maps requires an online connection (to connect to the Bing Map service).

    Maybe you could try the following steps.

    1. Go to File > Options > Trusted Center > Trusted Center Settings > Privacy Options. For Office 365, please go to Privacy Settings, check the box of «Enable optional connected experiences».
    2. Disable the security software temporarily, such as Firewall, Defender.
    3. Repair Office.
    4. Create a new administrator account. For Windows 10, please refer to «Create a local user or administrator account in
      Windows 10».

  • When I try to use 3D Maps, it says

    I don’t have any external firewall/antivirus installed. (just defender)

    I can open bing.com with browser.

    Kindly suggest the solution

У меня есть данные об адресах, городах и почтовых индексах в Венгрии в Excel (Office 365), которые я хочу визуализировать с помощью 3D-карт. На прошлой неделе я мог визуализировать подобные данные, но теперь у меня с этим проблема, программа не показывает локации по городам. Интересно, что если я добавлю координаты широты и долготы в свою таблицу, она отлично работает.

Кроме того, при открытии 3D-карт я получил всплывающее сообщение: «3D-карты столкнулись с ошибкой при обращении к картографическим службам Microsoft Bing. Функциональность может быть ограничена. (Код состояния: 4)».

Хорошая новость заключается в том, что это не то, что вы делаете неправильно. Плохая новость заключается в том, что это, по-видимому, гораздо более серьезная проблема с 3D-картами Excel, о которой сообщается в нескольких местах.

Надеюсь, Microsoft обратит внимание на эти отчеты и быстро придумает исправление.
