Для этого нужно скопировать формулу, а затем вкопировать ее в ту же ячейку с помощью параметра Вировать значения.

  1. Выберем ячейку или диапазон ячеек, которые содержат формулу.
    Если формула является формулой массива, необходимо сначала выбрать все ячейки в диапазоне ячеек, которые содержат формулу массива:

    1. Щелкните ячейку в формуле массива.

    2. На вкладке Главная в группе Редактирование нажмите кнопку Найти и выделить, а затем выберите команду Перейти.

    3. Нажмите кнопку Дополнительный.

    4. Выберите текущий массив.

  2. На вкладке Главная в группе Буфер обмена нажмите кнопку Копировать Изображение кнопки.

  3. На вкладке Главная в группе Буфер обмена щелкните стрелку под кнопкой Изображение кнопки, а затем выберите вкладки Значения.

Удаление формулы массива

Чтобы удалить формулу массива, выберите все ячейки в диапазоне ячеек, которые содержат формулу массива. Для этого:

Excel uses the Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) language to generate functions used within the spreadsheet. Most developers use Excel functions to automate processes such as importing data from a database or copying data from one location to another. If you no longer need the function, you can clean up your code and remove the unused function in the VBA editor.

  1. Open the Excel software on your desktop and open the Excel spreadsheet that contains the function you want to edit.

  2. Click the «VBA» button in the «Developer» tab or ribbon. Your VBA code opens. Press the «Ctrl» and the «F» keys and type «function» in the text box. Click «Find.» This procedure lets you scroll through each function on the page, so you can find the function you want to delete.

  3. Delete the function from the start of the function definition to the end. If you do not delete up to the «End Function» definition, Excel returns an error. For instance, the following code is a function definition that you must delete in its entirety to get rid of the function properly:

    Public Function (testfunction) MsgBox «This is a test» End Function

  4. Close the VBA editor and click the «Save» button to save the changes to the file.

If you delete a function and save and close the spreadsheet, you won’t be able to recover the function.

Step 1

Click the cell that contains the function that you want to remove. The function is displayed in the Function box near the top of the Excel window.

Step 2

Click the beginning of the formula and drag the mouse cursor until you reach the end of the formula to select it. If the function is too long, click the «Expand Formula Bar» button located at the end of the Formula bar.

Step 3

Press «Delete» to delete the function, and press «Ctrl-S» to save the latest version of the spreadsheet.
