Симптомы
При печати документа Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint или другой) с использованием определенного профиля цветовую коррекцию цвета, игнорируются.
Причина
Microsoft Office не поддерживает профили цветов во время печати или рисования.
Решение
Чтобы обойти это, откройте документ в соответствующее приложение Office. Перейдите в меню файл выберите команду Печатьи затем выберите Microsoft печать в PDF для сохранения документа в формате PDF.
Затем можно открыть PDF-ФАЙЛ в обозревателе или в средстве просмотра фотографий Windows и печать из него.

Здравствуйте! Прошу подсказать.
В таблице необходимо выделить цветом ячейки в которых можно производить корректировку (то-есть не защищенные) но, при печати эти ячейки не должны выделяться на бумаге.

В голову приходят два варианта:
— выводить на печать в черно-белом виде, тогда цветовые выделения не будут выделяться
— или организовать таблицу таким образом, чтобы цветом выделялись не сами ячейки, а смежные с ними, но не выводящиеся на печать.
P.S. Для себя я давно принял правило, что вычисляемые ячейки и константы могут быть любого цвета шрифта/фона, а ячейки для ввода пользователя — всегда на белом фоне. Мне удобно, остальным — понятно.

Эта строка мне не понятна. Поподробнее плз.
В общем, придется выворачиваться усложнениями.
А ведь, я такое встречал. Таблица на мониторе цветная, печать через ч/б лазерник непосредственно из этого же листа, и ниодна ячейка на бумаге не выделялась. Во как!

а если в параметрах страницы на вкладке лист отметить шлажком «черно-белая»?
Такой молодой, а уже гений. 
Спасибо iron priest. Даже не подозревал о такой установке. Принтер то, ч/белый. Раньше встречал некую экранную маску, для установки цвета ячеек, и она на печать не передавалась.

MS advised making sure the latest version and all updates are installed. When I checked, I have the latest version installed.
To get this resolved I called support. We tried to «repair» MS Office from Programs and Changes. This failed. We uninstalled/reinstalled MS Office. We found my existing Excel 2016 spreadsheet will display Fill Color in the «normal» and «page break preview» views but NOT the «page layout» view. WORKAROUND: Don’t use «page layout» view.
All year I’ve been using this particular spreadsheet on a weekly basis. I open the previous week and «save as» for the new week. For 38 weeks it has worked in the «page layout» view. Now it doesn’t. Is it the file? Or did MS Office getting updated?
Opening a new worksheet, everything works.
The engineers will look at this.
