It will be easier to replace «let me know» if we use the substitute to replace «reply». That information is probably redundant since compliance with the request would require a reply of some sort anyway.
If we do that, I think «notify» works well in this context because «notices» are a very formal method of informing people. It can places some special emphasis on the textual nature of the correspondence, albeit without strictly requiring a textual reply. As long as I have mentioned it, «inform» is another good word for providing knowledge as well.
Here’s a minimal change from the initial example:
Please notify me with what day/time works best for you if are still interested, if you need a later date, or if you are no longer interested.
As an aside, it seems like you have a prearranged date, so I would suggest also considering:
Please notify me if you are still interested. If you are interested but need a later date, inform me with a later date & time that is better for you.
I personally prefer the more elegant appearance of the ampersand, over the utilitarian look of the slash, especially in the context of an invitation. I also think splitting the rescheduling from the interest check with a separate conditional sentence also makes the sentiment a little easier to parse, one bit at a time.

Hello folks!
Again, correcting a text, but this time a letter written to a client in response to a request for information about products / services. Below I’m copying the original (well, just an extract that was somewhere in the middle of the letter) with the parts I think are wrong or need correction in red and my corrections in green. What do you think?:
First, we’d like to let you know more about us. We are based in Argentina and have subsidiaries in other 3 countries: Mexico, US and Spain. Our staff is very qualified and, in addition, we have an excellent quality assurance process which locates our company into the most respected companies in Latin America.
First, we’d / we would (no contractions in more formal writing) like to let you know (not sure whether someone from a company would write something like this. I was thinking of somehing along the lines of «we would like to tell you more about …» or «we would like to give you some more information about out company») more about us. We are based in Argentina and have subsidiaries in other 3 countries / doesn’t «in 3 other countries» sound better (I mean, changing the word order)? I can’t explain this one, it’s just a gut feeling: Mexico, US and Spain. Our staff is very / highly (I think it’s a better word choice) qualified and, in addition, we have an excellent quality assurance process which locates our company into the most respected companies in Latin America / «places / puts / positions our company among the most respected in Latin America» or «positions / places / puts us among the most respected companies in LA».
If you consider some of my corrections unnecesary, please let me know.
Thank youuuuuuuu!!! AGAIN AND AGAIN!!

Thanks, minnesotano! (Is that how they call you here in Argentina? Because it sounds much like an Argentine-invented term )
Now, how would you account for the fact that «in 3 other countries» sounds much better than «in other 3 countries»? Is there a valid explanation for the change in word order? The thing is, I don’t know what to tell my student!!!
Thanks!!

Hi,
I think you did very well (except for the typo out for our).
Why don’t you try a pass where you contrast the original (with the errors marked in red) with what you think should be the fully corrected version.

Thanks, AWord…!!! Yes, I missed that one!
Why don’t you try a pass where you contrast the original (with the errors marked in red) with what you think should be the fully corrected version.
You mean here?
Three more things…
1. Would you say «you did very well «in» or «on» the exercise? What preposition follows?
2. How do you think I can explain to my student the fact that «let you know» is not a very good choice for this kind of writing?
3. Again, how can explain to her the word order change from «in other 3 countries» to «in 3 other countries»?
Thanks a million!

Hi,
To say, «in other three countries», is almost certainly wrong.
Although I can’t remember learning this, I work backwards from the object being modified as I add modifier.
countries = the noun
three countries — three tells how many countries
other three countries — nonsense
another three countries — this would work
three other countries — as you suggest this would work.
As you suggested a correction is needed.
There are many style guides on the use of numbers in text, often it is suggested that the numbers one through nine be spelled and larger numbers written as digits.
EDIT:Never mind the additional contrasting texts, I lost track of the fact that you are correcting a students paper.

#1: You could use either, I prefer «… well on the exercise», without additional context.
#2: You might say that it has a very informal sound, and is too informal for use in this business setting.
#3: I attempted that in my previous post.

Thanks again, AWord! You’re so kind answering all my questions!
Many many THANKS!!

All your suggested corrections are good:
1) Avoid contractions in formal writing.
2) «Let someone know» is more often used in the context of «let me know if you need any more information» or «I’ll let you know if there are any problems».
3) You can say «in three other countries» or «in another three countries».
4) «Highly qualified» is the usual expression.
5) «Locate» is more suitable for literal geographical position; «puts us among» is perfect.
