Second, choose books that are slower. Some audiobooks are read too fast, so that you don’t have time to understand what they said. So, if you are not comfortable with the speed, choose books that are slower so that you can follow what the speaker says.

Third, actually read the text beforehand. When reading the text beforehand, you must find meaning for words that you don’t know and mark the phrases that you do not understand.
